HURRICANE KATRINA RELOCATION INFORMATION
The staff of iMovingGuide.com have prepared this special guide for those affected by Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida, plus those who have a friend or relative in need of mid-to-long term shelter.
These pages will be continually updated with information on shelters, relief efforts and supplies, temporary housing, and long-term housing options. In addition, we will post relevant news and information, and please contact us if you have special needs requiring personalized attention.
This service is completely free, and we encourage you to take advantage of these resources, and to contact us via this site if there is any way that we can provide further information for you -- or your friends and family -- as victims of Hurricane Katrina begin the process or recovery and rebuilding.
The staff of iMovingGuide.com wish to express our grief and sympathy for the hundreds of thousands of people affected by Hurricane Katrina. In the wake of this tragedy, we ask that you consider a donation to the Salvation Army, Red Cross or other charitable institution serving hurricane victims.
If you have space available in your home for victims of the disaster or know someone in need, we ask that you consider visiting a new site, RC-Katrina.com, that is bringing together hurricane victims that need housing and individuals or entities that have available accommodations. This service is 100% free of charge.
If your family is not able to send money or provide living space, but would like to help in a tanglible sense by "adopting a family" in the area, please contact me and I will help you to make contact with families that would gladly welcome donations of food or clothing.
AND PLEASE CONTINUE TO WATCH THIS SPACE FOR FURTHER UPDATES ON HURRICANE KATRINA RELIEF EFFORTS.
